I can't say enough about the owner! While it took some work, he help me get my roof pushed through insurance after wind damage earlier in the year. He is a go getter and very responsive! His crew did great work and cleaned up well too! If you are looking for a good roofing company, don't look any further!!

My house got hit by a hail storm back in April 2023. I had a company come and inspect my roof and was told I had hail damage. My insurance company came out and the report said I didn’t have hail damage…I never heard back from the roofing company. Brian from Exterior Alliance was on my neighbors roof at a later date told me I 100% have damage and he would get me a new roof. Another inspection by my insurance company and again they said no damage. Brian fought for me and made my insurance company send out an engineer to inspect the roof. Results came back and a new roof was needed. Exterior Alliance was great to work with and they will go the extra mile and fight for their customers. 10/10 would suggest using this company for your roofing/siding and gutter needs!

I want to thank Derrick and his fantastic crew for the phenomenal job of putting on our new roof! We encountered a lot of stalls and walls with our insurance company, however Derrick was diligent, positive, very encouraging and reassuring that we would be able to get our much needed new roof. The professionalism shown and given was truly a great and welcomed experience. Brian and team did a great job replacing our wind damaged roof. From the initial inspection, to working with the insurance company and myself to navigate the claim process, Brian was extremely helpful and kept the ball moving until the claim was finalized and roof replaced. Overall it’s been a very easy process from my end and Brian and team replaced our roof beautifully in one day. Communication was also great throughout the process.
